From 2012-2016 we lived in an Amish house in the middle of the largest Amish settlement in New York State.  Thus began our off grid living. No electric, no plumbed or running water- well, there is an artisan well in the basement that over-runs in the spring.  This is where we will document our life on “the hill” .
